2. Assembly Safety

Most furniture products require professional or manual assembly by the customer. Customers are fully responsible for completing assembly in strict accordance with the official assembly instructions provided.

For large, bulky, or heavy furniture items, we strongly recommend assembly by two adults or a qualified professional technician to ensure structural safety and stability.

3. Anti-Tip and Wall Anchoring Safety

Tall and storage furniture including dressers, cabinets, bookcases, wardrobes, storage units, and wall shelving carry potential tip-over risks if not firmly fixed. Such accidents may cause severe personal injury, especially to children.

If anti-tip accessories, wall anchoring hardware, or fixing kits are included with the product, customers must install and fix the furniture strictly following the supporting installation instructions.

Always keep children away from unanchored and unstable furniture. Do not allow children to climb, hang on, or play around furniture units. Place heavy objects on lower drawers and bottom shelves to maintain balance. Do not place televisions, heavy decorations, or overweight items on furniture unless the product is explicitly designed to bear such loads.

4. Children and Household Safety

All small assembly parts, hardware accessories, plastic packaging bags, foam fillers, and assembly tools must be kept away from children and pets at all times to avoid choking, suffocation, or injury risks.

All packaging materials shall be properly sorted and safely disposed of immediately after assembly is completed to eliminate potential safety hazards.

5. Product Care and Maintenance Safety

Customers shall follow all official product care and maintenance instructions. Avoid long-term exposure of furniture to excessive moisture, high-temperature heat sources, direct strong sunlight, and corrosive harsh cleaning chemicals. Do not use unapproved cleaning methods that may damage product materials, surface coatings, or structural performance, unless the product is specially marked to adapt to such environments.

6. Product Recalls and Safety Notices

If we identify any product defects, potential safety hazards, official product recalls, or mandatory safety corrective actions applicable to our sold products, we will actively contact customers who purchased the affected items via the contact information provided during order placement.

We will provide detailed follow-up solutions including product repair, replacement, partial or full refund, product disposal guidance, and other standardized corrective measures in accordance with local EU consumer safety laws and regulations for Italy, Ireland, Portugal, and Germany.

7. Reporting Safety Concerns

If you find any potential safety risks, product defects, or abnormal conditions during use, assembly, or inspection of our furniture products, please stop using the product immediately and contact our customer support team without delay.
